Hampton Station: A Review

If ever there were a yuppie paradise in #YeahThatGreenville then Hampton Station is it. There is a good bit of development in the West End area these days. I wrote about The Village at West End here.

We decided to check out Hampton Station during Open Art Studios in the fall which was a great idea because we were able to watch local artists create art right in front of us and ask them questions about their work. Plus, light refreshments were available. Winning!

This takes days to dry completely! It was cool to watch the process.

Hampton Station’s main landmark is a rusty water tower that overlooks the refurbished buildings. Think Magnolia silo style but on a much smaller scale.

We had an enjoyable time checking out the place. I wanted to try White Duck Taco Shop but we had already eaten. Maybe next time…

Corn hole. Check. Taco shop. Check. Craft axe throwing. Check. Upscale dog hotel. Check. Artist Studios. Check. Modern barber shop. Check. Al fresco dining. Check.
