Eating Our Way Through the USA: Adair Brothers BBQ (Cashiers, NC)

On our random travels through the mountains of North Carolina, we chanced upon this establishment in Cashiers. Chris had the full rack of ribs combo with Mexican corn and “legendary” macaroni and cheese. I had the Mountain Mama sandwich (fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese and thick cut bacon.

Our BBQ standards have been raised by our trip to Texas this summer. Lockhart’s in Dallas has ruined us forever. This spot was solid and we would definitely go back.

Cons
Bench seating (Chris says they were too low. but he doesn’t like to nitpick…. )

We would visit again if we are ever in the area.
