Eating Our Way Through Greenville: Tipsy Taco
This eatery is located by the Publix on Pelham that we usually frequent so we have passed it many times but never eaten there. We heard good things about it from friends and decided to check it out on a lunch break.
It is much bigger inside than the facade would lead you to believe. This would be a good place to take a big group of friends.
There are a million (slight exaggeration) of giant TV’s tuned to ESPN and ESPN 2 which I as a sports junkie appreciate a great deal.
I had the appetizer trio-guacamole, salsa, and queso blanco with chips. Chris and I split the steak burrito bowl which came on a plate.
Pro’s
Spacious dining areas
Fast and friendly service
Good guacamole and queso
Big TV’s
Quality meat
Excellent sweet tea
Con’s
Salsa was decent but unmemorable
Chris was not a fan of sauce on main entree (He is not a sauce person-note to self-order it on the side)
This is good addition to our Mexican restaurant list. We will probably go back and try another entree.
