Eating Our Way Through the USA: Silos Baking Co. (Waco, Texas)
While one must try baked goods when at Magnolia, the line can get extremely long. My only advice is to have a lookout watch the line and jump in when it goes down or you’ll be there forever.
The bakery is super cute but tiny. The cupcakes are tasty-not life changing. Then again, when did $3.50 change your life? I haven’t eaten my Silo Cookie yet. I heard that they were even better than the cupcakes.
We split a Lavender Lemon cupcake and a Silo Cookie. The cupcake reminded me of a lemon poppyseed muffin. The buttercream icing was respectable. The branding is on point.
